Remember my little Juansito? He is transforming
into Brayan junior. Juan, 9, and Brayan, 14, are tied to the hip. Juan loves
the protection and sense of power when he is with Brayan, and Brayan loves the
amount of control he has over Juan. A truly symbiotic relationship.
Juan seems to be turning into Brayan. For
example, Brayan has this weird dialect that ends every word with “-itz”—kind of
like Pig Latin. Well, Juan does that all the time too. Also, their laughs sound
the same now. Juan even tries to talk down to the other older boys like Brayan
does. This has its pros and cons, but I always get a kick out of seeing Brayan,
Jr. in action. The once somewhat sissy Juan is developing into quick the little
powerhouse.
